Middle Childhood Matters
In collaboration with the Burnaby School District, Burnaby Community Connections published the Middle Childhood Matters brochures, a series of publications that are geared towards children between the ages of 6 to 12 years.
These brochures, which were first published to respond to the popular demand of the Ready, Set, Learn brochures, include a map containing the locations of all the resources specific to that age group.
There is a Middle Childhood Matters brochure for each quadrant in Burnaby (the Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and the Southeast quadrants), including the resources specific for that area.
These brochures can be found in various community centres, schools, resource centres, and educational institutions.
